My Fitbit Versa edition smartwatch is not taking charger :battery::electric_plug: last 4-5 days.

Hi my problem is not solve. 

My device is not take a charging cable. 

And I am also try new charging cable but not working my device. Battery is dead last 15 days. Please replacement my versa lite edition device or battery. Please help me
