Hello.

None of the suggested remedies in your reply seems to address the problem I have.

My Versa Lite was working well with no signs of trouble. It was charged to about 80% after its last use when I removed it before I took a shower. When I put it back on a few minutes later, the screen would not activate and it has been completely unresponsive ever since.

I tried the reset procedure and plugged it in to it’s chargers (I have 2 chargers), but this didn’t work.

What else can be done?
