Hi, my fitbit Versa Lite won’t charge anymore and seems to be dead. It no longer restarts (0% battery icon shows for a split second), not by leaving it connected with the charger over night, and not by pressing the button for 8 or 10 seconds… It is only 11 months old! Even using an new charger doesn’t help. Pls help… Erwin

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
