Versa Lite won't pair / incorrect time

Since the latest Fitbit and iOS updates my Versa Lite will no longer pair with my app.  At first, I was able to reconnect it, but kept dropping the connection.  I first noticed that the clock was wrong, first about 30 minutes slow and then got longer.  I have tried turning bluetooth off on my phone and back on, no help.  Rebooting my phone, no help.  Restarting the Versa, no help.  HELP!

Same thing here, except last week it said I only walked 193 steps and according to my watch I am living on 3 hrs sleep a night.  Now it won't sync at all with my phone or computer.  About done with the Versa Lite since I have had it replaced twice before .  First one lasted about 6 months , 2nd one 2 months where it just completely died and now this one didn't even last 2 months.

Same here, I’ve done all of the troubleshooting suggestions several times and I can’t get anywhere with it, it’s so frustrating!!
