Versa Lite won't provide sleep stages and hear rate data

I recently updated my Versa Lite and now I’m not seeing any sleep stages or heart rate monitoring. I have reset my watch several times, turned it off and on, checked all of the settings as well. I have tried using android and iPhone, nothing is working.

Hi @bronchee2862, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite won't provide sleep stages or heart rate data. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, try setting up your watch from scratch and see if it provides sleep stages and heart rate data.

I performed the reset as directed and now the watch will not sync with my iPhone or Android device.
