Versa Lite won't show text/calls (Android)

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am having a hard time figuring out how to get my Versa Lite to show incoming text/calls.  I have done some step by step things I found on a Google search, and still no luck.

Thanks in advance for any usable help 🙂

@1MuskyHunter1 Which phone model do you have? Have you enabled notifications for Versa in the fitbit mobile app (open fitbit app>tap on your profile picture>tap on versa>make sure All-Day Sync and Always Connected are enabled> now scroll down to notifications and tap>make sure calls are enabled and always vibrate is enabled. Select which apps you want to use under Text Messages, Calendar Events, Emails, and App Notifications). Don't forget to sync your tracker! 🙂

@1MuskyHunter1 welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the notifications issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the great workaround that shared my friend @Marrrmaduke.

If you found her post helpful, please accept it as a solution so other users that experience the same issue can find it easier.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Marrrmaduke - I followed your steps (which I had done several times already via a Google search) and no luck.  I have also restarted my watch and then double checked to ensure that things were enabled, still no luck.

Other thoughts?

I got it...

Not sure if I wasn't reading clearly or overlooking this, but I had to hold in the button till it vibrates and then it turns them on.  *feeling stupid*  But happy it is working
