I was really excited to get a new Fitbit Versa Lite for Christmas. I was asked to do the update yesterday. As soon as it finished the update, it has been vibrating. I’ve tried turning it on and off and tried the factory reset also. Vibration continues!!! Please help!

I'm having the same issue with my versa lite. It updated and has not stopped vibrating. I've factory restarted and just restarted it. Nothing is working. I'm about ready to send it back and I haven't even had it 24 hours.
