Hello,
My screen on my versa lite won’t swipe and the touch screen won’t work at all on the Home Screen. I tried resetting yesterday but nothing and did a factory reset last night but it then got stuck on the Red Cross screen saying that the data sync hadn’t worked. This morning the clock is back and correct but the left hand side has lines running through it and is distorted and touch screen not working.
can someone help please?
