So my Versa Lite stopped syncing completely with the app when I try to refresh my stats and sync my data. No call or message notifications. I was able to sync my date just fine TWO DAYS AGO. So far I have:
- Turned off bluetooth and turned it back on
- Turned off GPA and turned it back on
- Restarted my phone
- Restarted my Versa Lite
- I even reset my phone completely thinking it was a problem with my phone.
- When trying to sync, all it does it says refreshing and the page stays the same, no update data or anything.
The Versa Lite will sync with my iPad Mini 2 which is on iOS 12.
Version 38.71.6.19
Phone is LG Pheonix Plus (I know it's not in the phone list, but the Versa was syncing fine two days ago)
Android OS Version is 9.0
Also, Versa Lite isn't showing up in my bluetooth list like it was a few days ago.
What is the problem?

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your LG phone that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

I've done all those steps and nothing works. I even stated what I've done so far. I've even reset the watch and it won't even pair to the phone now. I guess I'm stuck with something that doesn't even work. Great job, Fitbit.
