Totally disgusted with the lack of communication with fit bit. My versa lite stopped working on sat and I am still waiting for it to be resolved. The versa is only 3 months old.

Regarding the syncing issues that your Versa was experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat yesterday. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
