Versa Lite won't sync

My watch was not syncing to my LG V20 phone, so I decided to restart my phone, that didn't work. Then I deleted the Fitbit app from my phone and reinstall, didn't work. Then finally I decided to reset my Fitbit and when I was trying to sync it to my Fitbit app it asked me to update the watch.

 

So I started the process, but it took all night downloading the update to finally get an error message. This is so frustrating! Now, I can even wear it because it won't even give me the time anymore, I just see the Fitbit logo on the screen.

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If you are seeing the Fitbit logo on your watch, it means that it isn't pair. Please setup your Fitbit by following the instructions provided in the article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

After you set it up, it should sync. If it doesn't, follow the steps in the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
