Versa Lite won't sync

Just last Friday I spoke with someone at Fitbit.  After an hour and doing everything he said we finally got it.  Now today I had the exact same issue.  After going through everything we did the other day it finally did sync. That was at 9:30 am now it is 4 pm and it wont sync again.   This is the 3rd Versa Lite I have had this issue with

It is more likely a phone issue - if it is losing sync.

Check that the Fitbit App [and Bluetooth] aren't optimised by the phone to stop them running in background [to save battery perhaps].
