I have been trying to install the new update on my Versa Lite but all that keeps happening is that it goes through the process, the blue band goes almost all the way to the end and then it finally says update failed. I have tried restarting the Fitbit, removing the device from my app and installing it again as a new device - which when connected asks immediately for the software update - and then the same thing happens. Now all I see on the screen is "To start, download the Fitbit App". This device is less than a year old and have not had any issues to date. I have it connected to an iPhone X. Thanks.

Since you can’t update Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, check the firmware version on your watch:
If your watch’s current firmware version is different, or you continue to have trouble, follow the troubleshooting steps in the Ionic & Versa series section.

Mine won't let me go to the settings in the phone all it has is the blue diamond telling me to open my app. It's on it but my firmwear will not update so it's stuck I've had this since August sent it in 3 times to have the exact same thing happen can someone help me please?
