In the last week my time has been out by up to an hour every morning and now it has stopped syncing. I have tried a full phone reset and turned off my Bluetooth over night. This morning my phone can’t even pick up my Fitbit in my Bluetooth settings. I have followed the guidance on here, but still nothing. I work in secondary PE and need my watch every day! Any ideas out there?

Hi @Julessmithy

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with our Versa Lite. Please try changing your clock face to one made by Fitbit, then restart your Versa by holding down the button until the screen goes dark and the Fitbit logo appears. Also please check to make sure there are updated to the Fitbit app that need to be loaded on your mobile device. Fingers crossed this fixes the issue for you.

thank you for the advice, I have only used the clock faces by Fitbit, my phone and tracker are all up to date. Yesterday it did manage to sync, but only once, and now I’m back to the wrong time and it not connecting.
I have also read a few other posts about people not being able to sync their trackers. It’s really disappointing that Fitbit haven’t sorted it out my now. I thought about buying a new tracker, but I am now starting to look else wear.

If the time drifts on the watch by more than a few seconds per day and you are using the standard Fitbit clock face then the watch may be faulty and probably needs replacing. [Note. Others have experienced time drift, it may have happened recently and could be due to a recent update].

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
