Versa Losing Time Overnight

My versa is losing time when not synced. Last night lost 13 minutes and woke up late. Watch is generally syncing well especially when wifi is available (when I am at home). 

 

I had this issue last year but the watch was not syncing. Now the watch is syncing OK but I can't understand why losing time. Last year Fitbit replaced my watch. Do I need another replacement or is there a simple fix? I have restarted watch and removed and readded to the fitbit app on my Google Pixel 3.

Mine is losing time overnight too snd isn’t always synching. I’ve also not been getting notifications for calls, messages etc. There must be an issue generally if we are having the same problem.
