My Versa has lost last night sleep data. It was there when I first woke but now it says zero hours and minutes and there’s nothing synced to app. I’ve reset the Versa multiple times. Any ideas? Thanks

Just see how it goes tonight. If it had already synced to the app then it may turn up, but there is nothing you can do to make it.

Thanks. I’ll see how it goes tonight. It was strange that the data was there when I first woke up but gone when I tried to sync an hour later.

Ok so have tried multiple resets and this morning have found zero sleep data again on the Fitbit. It worked fine for a week but now the sleep monitor just isn’t recording anything. Steps and heart rate data is fine. Any suggestions. Should I try a factory reset 😩

No sign of the previous night though.
Very weird
