Versa Lost Roughly 5k In Steps?

Hi there,

I seem to have lost about 5k in steps- I was just shy of 17k and both my phone and Versa had synced and were showing this accurately- I had even received a 15k badge today.

My challenge is still showing the nearly 17k; but my app and fitbit are now showing around 12k.

I have restarted my versa and my app with no joy. Any suggestions?

@HAlys Please check if the stats are different on your Dashboard on Fitbit.com.

@Marrrmaduke No- both Fitbit and Dashboard say I did just over 16k steps that day, however challenge reflected correct steps, and I got both a 15k and 20k step badge the same day despite this?

@HAlys Could you please keep an eye on your stats in the next days? This might have been a fluke, but better safe than sorry. I've seen some reports of stats getting only partially synced, but it wasn't anything wide-spread. Do report back if this issue persists.
