Does anyone know what "Normalize Track Volume" in the media settings in the Fitbit Windows app does? Thanks.

@ChandlerD it adjusts the levels of the tracks to be more consistent. Sometimes you have tracks that seem very loud and others very quiet. You might want to adjust gain and volume for those.
