Versa Mystery Steps

So I just took my versa off the charger and it calculated 84,000 steps while charging. The Fitbit app says 84,000 but none of the charts or graphs acknowledge these mystery steps. I’ve had my Versa for about a month and it didn’t start this until about a week ago. I’ve tried restarting and resetting my Fitbit and it still miscalculates steps. It started wil only 500 or so steps miscalculated and has gradually increased to 13,000 to 15,000 and today 84,000. Fitbit needs to resolve this immediately.

You can call them but all they do is tell you how to reboot your Versa.  It needs replacing.
