Versa Not Receiving Text Notifications

After updating my iPhone to iOS 13.2.5, I am not receiving text notifications on my Versa. I have tried everything. I have checked all notifications and restarted my Versa a couple different times. Can anyone help?

Hi @kwidrig2232 , this problem is a known issue after the update to iOS 13 by Apple. See the warning from Fitbit at the top of the Versa Community Homepage as well as the Customer Support page. The problem is caused by Apple who changed the rules regarding handling notifications without notifying Fitbit about it. Regards kuzibri

Unfortunately I do not know. Keep a close eye on the warning from Fitbit about issues after the iOS 13 update. Regards kuzibri

I chatted with support and got the issue fixed but I don't really like the solution. Under Notifications -> messages -> show previews, you have to set to either always or when unlocked. It cannot be set to never or you won't get the text message notifications.

Hi @kwidrig2232 , if it works that way, then it's no problem to leave the previews to on. I have that too and it does not costs any battery power. I charge my Versa 2 only once a week, so after 7 full days with this setting on. Regards kuzibri
