I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa is not syncing with your iPhone or Mac. I appreciate your efforts to resolve this. Syncing difficulty is usually caused by a missing requirement and I recommend following the complete troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
