Versa Not charing

Recently brought a fitbit versa about 3 days ago. The charger charged the fitbit once but now it wont charge at all. Have done all the tips that fitbit have listed to do and taken the band off to see if that helps the connection to the cradle, tried different power points and USB ports that work fine for other devices. I have read that the charging cradle can be faulty. I just sent a email to fitbit about this but the reply wont be back for a couple of days it seems to its auto-reply. So my question is would I be better off just buying a new cradle for it?

I think I would wait for Fitbit to get back to you. If it is the charger, they can send you one to replace your faulty one so you won’t need to buy another one. If it’s not your charger than hopefully they will replace your Fitbit. Did you buy it directly from Fitbit or somewhere else where you can return it for another one?

I got it from someone else. Officeworks through afterpay which is a headache for exchanges

Ok. Hopefully it’s the charger and Fitbit can just send a replacement. Otherwise, Fitbit is quite a headache to go through too if you need to replace it.

Maybe go through their chat service or call them for a faster response. Email may take longer. Good luck.
