Versa-Not syncing-not picking up bluetooth, losing time

Hi recently ( last few months) my fitbit and stopped syncing to my phone, I've been able to update it via my MacBook, but that's it, I've followed every help site and uninstalled everything, turned the phone off, uninstalled Fitbit app everything, updated software. finally, i removed the device and now it won't find it at all, via Bluetooth, my Bluetooth on my iPhone works perfectly well on everything else so i belive its a bluetooth fault in the phone..any advice.?

@melsy2574 By removing device I understand you removed the tracker from Fitbit mobile app? Please try this:

 

  1. Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
  2. Uninstall the Fitbit mobile app
  3. Reboot your phone and install Fitbit mobile app. Do not pair in your phone's bluetooth settings
  4. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
  5. Login to Fitbit mobile app
  6. Add Versa and follow the instructions on the screen
  7. Grant all permissions and sync.
