Was this updated for the first Versa also? Still having problems with notification from 1st Gen Versa.
I have had it with all the problems with the Versa, so I'm done. I have a Gen. 1 Versa and it word perfectly until last summer, when I started having problems. I have read a number of comments on the forums trying to find a solution and nothing. I feel that they don't care and will be looking for a new company and better watch that does all that it should and not just be an electrical watch.

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa, as well for your research in the forums. I understand where you're coming from as the notifications should be working well. I appreciate your feedback and be sure it'll help us to work on our products so we can enhance your experience with them.
Since your watch isn't receiving notifications, could you please confirm if you've had issues to sync it? May I know your phone's model and OS version? Even though you've tried some steps prior posting, let me recommend to exhaust the troubleshooting steps described in this help article in the given order and keep me posted with the outcome.
