Very disappointed with my new Fitbit Versa, when my phone is on silent notifications will not be pushed to my fitbit. One of the main reasons I wanted to have a watch was so I could be notified when I couldn't hear my phone!! I contacted fitbit and they said there was no way around it - frustrating. Considering returning.

Hi @SunsetRunner I'm sorry to hear you are frustrated with your new Versa. May I ask what type of phone you have? My phone is on vibration only most of the time and I receive notifications. I know if you use 'do not disturb' you shouldn't receive notifications, but like I said it works for me on vibration only. Perhaps this is phone OS specific.

I have an Oppo R11 and this Stupid watch wont receive incoming notifications
