Versa Quick View (display clock) is turned off every time I charge it

I have only had mine a few weeks, but I've noticed that every time I take it off the charger, the "Screen Wake" setting has changed from "Auto" to "manual".

 

This seems like a bona fide bug in the software to me.

No one else has reported such a problem and I haven't had that problem myself.  Why don't you try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.  Let us know what happens.

 

EDIT: It just occurred to me that you may be inserting and/or removing the Versa from the charger incorrectly.  When you put the Versa on the charger and remove it, are you pushing in on the bottom of both sides of the charger to release the pressure on the Versa?  If not, it seems possible that the left button gets activated which brings up the Screen Wake setting.  Just a thought.
