Versa Replacement

My original Versa stopped working, so they sent me a replacement offer for 50%. The thing is that it says the Versa 2 can not be purchased with the offer. Well, I do not want the Versa Lite because it has less features than the original, so why would they not let me get the Versa 2 if I am paying 50% of the cost out of pocket? So, it's either get a Lite or get a refurbished replacement. It does not seem right.

My versa was under warranty and they said they would replace it Sept 12... Here we are November 5th and still nothing!
