@MarieAnneR What happens when you press the bottom button? Nothing? Or, does it pull up something other than the Alarms screen? Also, a long press doesn't invoke any response but a short press should pull up whichever app you have positioned on the first app screen in the lower left hand corner. Make sure your press is short.
Best Answerhi! thanks for your reply. I tried short and long press but nothing happens. I restarted the tracker to no avail. I didn't change the setting if the icons on the screen so it's still the Alarms that's on there. thank you.

Best AnswerAnything resolvedreith yours? I just got my Versa this week and nothing happens when I push that button. Does this mean it's defective? Sometimes I hate technology! Lol!
Edit: Nevermind... I figured it out. The music app was in that location but I haven't set it up yet... As soon as I moved a different app to that spot it opened it just fine.
I’ve gor the same issue and I’ve tried moving apps, I don’t think it’s worked for me, the top and back buttons are fine! Very weird... if there any troubleshooting tips for this that people have found please let me know!
My baby was playing around with my Versa and the same thing happened. I tried pressing all three buttons at once and it worked for me. The buttons apparently get blocked so you can unblock them this way. Hope it works!
No I think they can see when you set up your Fitbit from your account so they can see you warranty time. This was within my first year
