Absolutely disappointed in the unbelievably useless customer service provided by Fitbit. I have a Versa with a scratched screen and wanted to replace/repair it, and all I got was we can't repair it but here's a 25% discount to get a new one. I'm not spending $200+ on a new watch for some scratches on the screen.
The fact that they lack providing services for something so simple, is concerning. I'm quite literally furious right now and will most probably switch to Apple Watch. Work a little harder on pleasing/satisfying your customers so you can win them for your future products. Extremely dissatisfied with this company.

Hi, I really do understand your utter frustration, but let's get sensible/try react neutral about your problem.
1. Damaged screens cannot be repaired but only replaced since the Versa is made of one piece.
2. The Versa screen is Gorilla Glass that's not easily scratched at all
3. How did your screen get/got these damages? Fallen, bumped against something or whatever? In the last case, do not blame Fitbit. Let me be clear, I do not work for Fitbit, just a happy user of the Versa.
4. Do these scratches interfere with the daily use of your Versa? If not, just keep using it.
Really hope that you're possible to read this without any anger and hoping it helps you.

If the scratches aren't bad, you might be able to buy a glass scratch removal paste and gently buff it out. For my Alta, I used this plastic scratch removal paste that was meant for car headlights and it worked well (watch some YouTube videos).
As a side note, it cost $200+ to repair my phone screen which was made of gorilla glass, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's just as expensive to replace the screen as it is to just buy a new Versa.
Good luck!
