Versa Screen Flickering

It has only been 4 months that I own and use a Versa. Since about 15 days my Versa screen flickers constantly. It never ever flickered before. I looked up at these discussions and also chatted on Fitbit Support and so far tried 3 things - 

1. Changed Brightness settings from Auto to Normal

2. Restarted the Versa multiple times

3. Factory Reset it

All of these fixed the issue for short periods, but the constant flicker keeps coming back. Sometimes it is so bad that the screen displays twice, one below the other. I keep restarting again and again!!

Is anyone else facing the same issue? How can a get a PERMANENT FIX on this?? I bought my Versa directly from Fitbit. I think Fitibit should do something to fix my Versa!!

As it sounds like a hardware issue, only customer support will be able to help you.

 

If I were you, I would contact them again and explain that after all the troubleshooting the problem still persists. They will be able to check the warranty status of your fitbit and discuss whatever warranty options are available to you.

If I were you, I would contact them again and explain that after all the troubleshooting the problem still persists. They will be able to check the warranty status of your fitbit and discuss whatever warranty options are available to you.
