Versa Screen Issue

Hi People my Fitbit has no info on its screen but it’s still working as syncing via the official app,Anyone else had the same issue?

Yes, my screen is black, see it charging on my app and lights blinking as well. Tried to reset, I can hear a beep but still nothing on my screen. I can see steps counting on my app.

Hi @RedruthLad @Missjoany  Try restarting your Versa several times. If that doesnt help try  button Factory Reset. If that doesnt help all you can do is to co tact Support and hope they can help you.

VERSA FACTORY RESET USING BUTTONS
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

I hope you have contacted support. I tried the reset too and could hear the beep but my screen remained black. My app does update however. I got through to support right away and a new watch is on the way.

Hi

I've tried these steps and did a full factory reset. My touch screen still isn't responding to touch. Yesterday, during a run, it started pausing and starting over and over for no reason. 

What can I do?

My Versa light now won’t even hold a charge. I ended up calling customer
support and a new watch is on the way. I did try cleaning all the contacts
with rubbing alcohol. I could hear the watch beep and my app was recording
steps, even though the screen was black, but this morning it wouldn’t
charge. You should call customer support, they can look at your watch
remotely too and Offer several other troubleshooting ideas. Good luck.
