Versa Screen Movement Glitch

So I bought my Fitbit Versa today and I was very excited to open and set it up once I got home. So, I waited for about an hour to download the new update for the firmware (which went fine). Then, I finished the set-up process and tried out some features of my new Versa. Though, when I tried to swipe the screen got caught in between screens and then opened a random app. I backed out and then I proceeded to the watch face. I tried swiping again, but the San same thing happened again and flickered between screens. I decided to charge it and give it awhile. When I came back, it started working, but then did the same thing again. I also tried restarting it a bunch, but that didn't help at all.

Does anyone else have this problem and have any ideas on how to fix it?

Thanks ~Thomas

I have this same problem. I sat on live chat for about an hour last night trying to get them to fix it with restarting, setting up as a new device again, updating its firmware. But it’s still not working it’s pribably worse now than when I started. So I will be returning mine today

This is happening to me!  Did anyone find a solution?  I just factory reset it and am going to try setting it up again as a new device. fingers crossed!

What I did was just returned it to the store and they gave me a brand new
one that works fine. If you can't do that though I hope resetting it works.
Just imagine out of the luck of me and you and a couple other people, we
have this problem.

Thanks, Thomas

I am having the same issue. It just started recently but it’s been moving slow and getting caught in between screens. I’m going to call today to see what I need to do!
