Brought a versa on holiday first mistake I know, now I'm home and ready to set it up it wonders go any further than found it won't even give me the 4 digit code. Have tried every possible option of fixing it tried resets different phones followed every step fitbit have still nothing!!

Which phones have you tried?
When trying a phone, make sure the Bluetooth is off on the others if they are around.
At what point does the setup process fail?
Any messages?
