Versa Screen broken

Hi Guys So from what i am reading is that if you buy this R3000 device Fitbit does not offer any services too fix your screen at all?? That is absolutely ridiculous. I cracked my screen and will pay to fix it but I cant? Thats the worst service I have ever heard of.

Have you tried contacting customer support? They are the only ones who will be able to help you with warranty options. It's best to contact them to discuss the situation and see what warranty options are available to you.

I spoke to customer service and they basically said that if the screen is cracked and it works continue to wear it, if it doesn't work throw it in the trash because they don't offer repairs?
