Today my screen popped out and is still attached by a piece of adhesive. The screen doesn't pop back in. How can I get this fixed?

I've seen a few posts reporting this problem. It seems that it can't be fixed and that the recommendation is to contact customer support who can check your warranty status and advise on your options. You can get them via contact.fitbit.com

Mine just did this yesterday morning. Just after updating to the latest firmware. And after the screen came off my screen has now gone black. Its still “working” as it still has the heart rate light on the back. But that’s all I can tell to say it’s charged or on. Called support and they can do nothing. If your Versa is over a year old they will do nothing but give you a 25% off a new Fitbit.

Note that in some parts of the world the warranty runs for 2 years
