My daughter is having a problem with her Fitbit. It has been a black screen since waking up on Sunday. We have tried restarting it but that doesn't seen to work.
It appears to try to start several times a day. She does still get alarms on it and it seems to be sending her step updates to get phone.

There are multiple complaints in the past week of the Versa just quitting. I called this morning about mine. I told them that I purchased it about a year ago and they are sending me a new one! Customer support was of great assistance!

I bet she went swimming in it recently. Fitbit has an issue that they will not own up to and hopefully you are within your first year and can get it replaced. My Ionic did same thing after swimming a few weeks ago and basically it was 1 yr. 3 months old and is useless. Fitbit will not do anything so I am up a creek without a paddle and out $250 for a watch that lasted that long. It is all over the net that this is an issue with screen going black and not coming back on. quality has gotten so bad that you can't even get the extended warranty if you buy a fitbit from BestBuy because they have seen this issue and it is not being resolved.

Well you are lucky you were within a year.. I am a little bitter that my ionic only lasted a year and 3 months. About done with Fitbit.

I did end up calling then too and they are sending a new one to her.
