Versa Screen not working

Last week I noticed my versa displayed a weird split-screen. The battery was almost dead so I charged it and when I took it off the charger it had weird lines on it for the rest of the evening and then went black. I haven't been able to see the regular screen since. I let the battery drain completely and then recharged it. I'm wearing it and it is tracking my steps, sleep, etc. I get the notification vibration when I get emails or still have steps left to get for that hour, but the screen is black. I have no screen response what so ever.  

Has anyone else had this issue? I have tried restarting it, resetting it, the screen has no response no matter what I do.  Thanks.
