I have had my Versa foe about 2 months and all of the sudden this morning the screen just went blank. I have tried shutting it down and resetting it and the screen is still black. I can feel it vibrating and see the green lights on the back but no picture on the screen. I saw that alot of ppl are having this problem. What else can I do or how do you contact Fit Bit for a replacement 😭

Hi, seems a hardware problem. Does the wake up when you put it in the Charger and connect it to PC? When not, this is the way to contact Customer Support: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs . Good luck.
