Hello all,
I recently got my FitBit Versa a couple of days ago, and I am having trouble with the WiFi connection. I am unable to connect my watch to the WiFi, even if I am sitting right next to the router. When I go into the settings on the actual watch and go to the "About" section, under the IP address it says "WiFi Off". (I don't know if that is significant or not, just thought that might be important to know.) Also, when I go into my FitBit app on my iPhone, and go to "WiFi Settings", my WiFi network does not show up. When I enter it into "Other" (Manually add a Wi-Fi network name and security), it says "Not Available: This WiFi network is not available, please try a different network." Otherwise, the WiFi works completely fine for my iPhone, laptop, TV, etc. Please help!

Hi, in order to get WiFi working on your Versa and Fitbit app, the following is necessary:
1. Put your Versa into the charger and connect it to PC.
2. Switch WiFi on on your Mobile Device and for certainty connect it also to PC.
3. Wait a minute and then go to the Fitbit app and to Wifi settings and click on it. Your home network should be visible now.
4 When it is present, click on it and enter manually the password of your router. Mind you that it's Capital sensitive.
5. After that you should see at the right side of your network a white icon. Click on that.
6. Fitbit will start connecting to your network and once is has connected, the white icon turn to blue and it will say "connected".
7. When your Fitbit app is connected to your WiFi, your Versa will be connected also. As the Versa has no WiFi on its own, it uses the WiFi of your MD or PC as a bridge, that's why it's mandatory to keep your Versa in the charger and connected to PC as long as you need the Versa's WiFi connection.
8. When in the WiFi settings no network is present, press "add network" and enter manually the name of your router and password. Both are Capital sensitive. Once found, repeat steps 5 to 7. Good luck.
