I bought my Versa about a year ago and just bought a third party band but when I tried to remove the bands, they won’t come off. The pins are pushed in, I’ve tried gently (and not-so-gently) pulling, twisting, minutely moving the pins. Nothing works. Help!

Hi @Katieajo - I don't really have a suggestion about removing your band, but if your tracker is under a year old, it may still be covered under the warranty. I'd suggest reaching out to customer support. The link is in my signature below. Good luck!
