Versa Spazzing and High HR

I have had my Versa for about a year, now. Yesterday, during my walk, my Versa started spazzing out and randomly starting exercises I couldn't get out of. Then, the screen began twitching. It stopped after a bit, but today it registered my heart rate in the high 100s all day long. I tried restarting it, but it won't come back on, even though I charged it to 100% this morning. It was only at 86% when I restarted it. Seems odd that it drained that much battery, too.

What is going on with my Versa?

I've had my Versa about a year also, and it has started doing the same thing randomly. It eill be fine for a short time if I restart it, but it goes back to randmly scrolling through things on its own 😞

Mine wouldn't restart at all. Contacted support. They refused to help
because I had it slightly longer than a year. They told me to buy a new
one. It was $200!!! It should last longer than a year! I bought a Suunto.
Won't buy another Fitbit.
