Versa Special Edition- @2017 label

So I was going to buy the Versa Special Edition.

I looked at the box and there is a label on it where says @2017 Fitbit. Inc All right reserved. 

I compared the box with a Versa regular model and it says @2018 Fitbit.

 I am confused as what 2017 year means on special edition? What year this was made? why are these different? 

 

Any thought?

Hi, I have also a Versa SE, but my box does not mention the year 2017. Where did you see that on the box?  Besides that. the Versa was released in April 2018 and announced in March 2018.

@Shahinf it means literally nothing. @SunsetRunner is right about release dates. Different dates, different prints of the boxes. Same Versas (beside NFC chip and the band). You can go ahead and purchase without worries. 😊
