Versa Stinks - Not actually waterproof???/

I've had a versa for a total of 18 months and I loove it, when its working. My 3rd one just died. The first two were still under warranty and they sent me a replacement, but the last one isnt. Each one died after getting wet and I saw in the Versa 2 you have to buy a waterproof case to swim in it, which makes me think someone at Fitbit discovered the Versa isnt actually waterproof, but isnt telling anyone????  Will not be purchasing another Fitbit!!!

I have never heard of having to buy a separate case to swim with the Versa 2. I bath with mine on daily and have had no problem whatsoever. It's handled soap, shampoo and conditioner and I certainly don't use a case.
