Versa Swim Function

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The swim function has worked fine for the last few months but today did not track any laps at all.  Half way through my laps I looked at the watch and the exercise function had turned itself off.  I restarted the swim function and the timer worked but it did not record laps.

Hi @kargor It is annoying when they dont work. Usually a few restarts solves the problem so give that a try.

Appart from needing a restart which doesnt seem to have solved your problem, the other most common problem when not counting laps is that you are not giving it the correct signals so it can regester a lap end. What I have found works for me is to eithe stop at the end for a couple of seconds, or to push off strongly and glide for a few seconds.  Basically, your arms need to stop moving briefly for it to know you have reached a lap end.

If modifying your end of lap technique doesnt help then contact Support (and please let me know what they say as I am interested!)

They said sorry but there is nothing they can do at this time, and that they are aware of the problem. Some support eh?
