Afternoon, I left for work this morning whilst my phone was on at least 10/15 %. The life on the battery died, when I got home, I charged it straight away, however it’s hasn’t booted into life despite it being on the charger for a hour.
This is the 2nd problem I’ve had with my Fitbit. I’m getting slightly frustrated at the inconvenience it’s caused, I’m seriously considering going over to Apple.
Please can you resolve the technical issue ASAP.

Hi @IDnar294,
Two things:
1.) You need to make sure that the contacts and the pins are cleaned on both the device and the charger before charging it.
2.) The device needs to be left on the charger for a good 2 hours or so to get a decent charge.
Have you tried either of these options?
