On June 26, my versa smartwatch shutdown, I went through all the troubleshooting requirements to no avail. I was given advice from Fitbit Versa user, however I have not had any response from a Fitbit mediator since July 4. This is very disappointing as I have been a Fitbit fan for many years. It would very much like to be in contract with Fitbit. Thank you.
