Versa Update - which version is causing issues?

I did the update dated 8/3 and had issues with the Versa and mobile app syncing yesterday.  The dashboard looks the same.

I noticed on play store there is another update dated 8/15.  Is this the one that changes the dashboard and is having issues?

Hi @SunsetRunner,

I am having issues syncing my device via the Fitbit app from the Google store, but that was before I did the update for today.  If I had to guess, it's and issue with the one dated 8/3, as that's about the time I started having issues.

Did the update of 8/15 change the look of the dashboard to the new layout or do you still have the original version of the dashboard?

Are you able to sync without any issues with the update of 8/15?

Mine hasn't changed and I've read a lot of complaints regarding the layout of the new layout. I would prefer to keep the original layout if possible.

1.) Still on the new Dashboard, so the look didn't change from the 8/3 update.

2.) Still having trouble syncing.

Hi @LiliyaFitbit, is the update from 8/15 a fix to the 8/3 update that had a lot of syncing issues?  I've been reading comments that the update done on 8/15 also is having syncing issues and that the new dashboard isn't working properly or as user friendly in the layout. Don't want to have anymore syncing issues so I'm hesitant in installing the 8/15 update.
