Versa Won't Charge

The screen on my Versa is black after being charged all night.   I am not sure if my charger is broken or the watch.  The light on the underside will flash, but nothing on the screen?

Hi, what does your Fitbit app say about your battery? . Press the watch icon on top of the screen and you will see on the new page on top on the left side info about your battery. If it says full or medium of whatever, it's not your charger but the battery of your Versa. Contact Customer Support in that case and ask fot a batttery test.
