My Versa app said there was an update available. then I noticed it hadn't synced with my app in a day or two. I tried to update my Versa, but it said that it couldn't find my tracker. I reset the Versa, turned bluetooth off and on, turned off all other bluetooth devices, and restarted my phone with no success to update my Versa or sync to the app. I then removed the Versa from the app and then uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app on my phone. Now when I try and set up my Versa in the app it says it has found my Versa, but now perpetually just says "Connecting to Tracker..." I thought it needed time to connect, but upon leaving it over night to connect, it never did.
I've tried this on my iPhone X and my iPad mini with the same results. Both have the latest OS versions as well as the latest versions of the app.

My Versa is doing the same thing since the new update came out. But it still downloads to my app. But now it has started dropping out in the middle of activities I have set for it to record. Several activities lost in last couple days since I have not been able to update. I thought it did not download the new update because I am on Satellite internet. Not sure but I have always had trouble downloading the program to my Versa until I borrowed internet access from someone with non satellite internet. I anyone knows a solution, I am listening. I have gone through all of the help procedures and nothing works. Just keeps spinning and then says update failed. Thanks,

My verse hasn’t synced since last night ( I noticed it when I tried to synch when I got up this morning). When I tried to download the update it can’t finf my Fitbit- I even tried to synch by putting it in the charger (it’s 99% chafed). What is wrong?

My Versa started doing the same thing, it won't sync to anything
