Versa Work Week Hustle not logging all steps

Yesterday I had over 22k steps yet the work week hustle only shows approximately 14k.  The daily show down shows all 22k steps.  there is an approximately 9k discrepancy.

so far today only 2k of 13k has been added into work week hustle.  so for 2 days and over 36k steps work week hustle shows 16k.
